Sometimes golfers have misconceptions as to how they should hit the ball. They may think they need to get under the ball to lift or scoop it in the air. In order to scoop the ball in the air, they usually lose their posture and hang back, the result being either hitting "the Big ball before the Little ball" or they end up topping the ball. Other times there might be some postural issues that prevent them from having solid contact with the golf ball. In this video I demonstrate an exercise that can help golfers regain solid contact with their golf shots.
